I found a bunch of mini-workouts by Jillian Michaels on Hulu last night. I tried this one out today. Of course due to a lack of range of motion, I could not go down as far as she said to, but it was still an awesome workout. If you wanna tone up your legs too, give it a try. Very Cool. I love her! My rib just hurts. It's no fun. It is either cracked or bruised, but either way, nothing they can do about it. I just have to wait for it to heal. I guess it takes months :(
