Not us. I don't think we will be going anywhere for a while. But a friend of mine has suddenly found out that her landlord doesn't wish to have tenants anymore once her contract expires...at the end of the month (tomorrow). He is being kind enough to give them till the end of the week...what a sweetie.
So, since he didn't give her much notice they are scrambling to find a roof for their heads and the heads of their 2 babies.

yes! i hope they find a place- their landlords are just like that. all the time. yuck!
look at the rental tenant laws (you can find them online)...even if the contract expires, they still need to have at least 45 days notice from the land lord that he will not be renewing their contract. that might buy them some time.
